Seemed a little thick so I added an extra cup of broth, needed some extra salt and subbed coconut cream instead of coconut milk cuz that’s what we had!
Sous vide salmon: used frozen salmon from Costco, Sous vide’d in package, finished on the stove with some lemon dill butter we got at the farmers market.
Green beans: steamed with a little salt.
