Easy dinner kind of night. I’ve enjoyed trying out the different curry pastes from H Mart and this one was a winner!

Ingredients
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 zucchini
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 head broccoli
- Handful of cherry tomatoes
- 1 lb venison sirloin steak
- 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- Pepper
- 1 can Kaeng Kua Curry paste (from H mart)
- 1/2 can coconut cream
- 1/2 – 1 cup water
- 1 tsp fish oil
- A few Basil leaves or tsp of dried basil
- kefir lime leaves (optional)
- 1 cup rice
- Chopped cilantro to top
Instructions
- Cook rice.
- Thinly slice venison, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and marinate in soy sauce.
- Chop onion, zucchini, broccoli, and green beans.
- Heat coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add veggies.
- Once veggies are soft add curry paste, water to desired consistency, fish oil, basil, and kefir leaves. Once combined turn down heat to low and add coconut cream. Adjust water as needed.
- Cut tomatoes in half and add to the pot. Simmer until meat is ready.
- Heat half sesame oil in pan on high. Add about half the meat, so it all touches the pan. Flip over after about 2 min. Cook another minute then add to the curry mix. Do the same with the second batch.
- Serve over rice with chopped cilantro to top.
