My sister, Hilary, got me this black squid ink pasta for Christmas and I’ve been waiting to make the perfect seafood pasta with it. Got some mussels at Costco this week and this was perfect for after a long day biking to and from work.

Followed this recipe (only added about a half cup of cream) and enjoyed with a side salad and air fryer asparagus with EVOO, balsamic, lemon pepper, flaky salt and garlic powder.
