I mostly followed this recipe: https://www.recipetineats.com/sweet-and-sour-pork/#wprm-recipe-container-49300, except of course didn’t plan for the marinade, so sped things up a bit by air frying the pork rather than doing the double fry. And of course added extra veggies (carrot matchsticks, sliced cabbage, cauliflower). Great topped with a little Sriracha so it’s sweet, sour and spicy!
