Bumper crop of apples this year from the blue dog homestead!
Ingredients
- Apples – enough to fill the instant pot to the 2/3 fill line. I core them but don’t peel them
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Sprinkle of cloves
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in instant pot.
2. Pressure cook for 90 min.
3. Immersion blend.
4. Cook on sauté low, if needed. (With a glass lid, it gets very hot)
