I first made this when I had excess cabbages from the garden last summer. I told farmer Alex I had made so much coleslaw I didn’t know what else to do with cabbage. He suggested eggroll in a bowl. Quick. Simple. Tasty.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 1 small hot pepper (or sriracha sauce)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 inch fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 1 head cabbage
- 2-3 eggs
- Green onions (on top)
- Sesame seeds (on top)
